Complaint Details
I ordered a handbag worth Rs. 949/- from Kaunsa.com website details of which is attached. In invoice the delivery date mentioned is 25th May, 2013. When I didn't received the product on specified date, I called up on customer service number mentioned on their website. They told me that i will receive product within 2-3 days. Again after 5 days I called them back then extended dates for 3-4 times. I have postpaid vodafone number so i have details when when i called them up. also i have 3 e-mails regarding refund. Still i haven't received the product nor refund and its 1 month and 4 days since i ordered the product. After i got tired i searched many similar problems faced by other consumers also where they have complained on various websites and blogs which you can verify. I request you to kindly help me to get out of this mess and file suit against this fraud company. I will always be grateful and my faith in indian government will increase.
