Complaint Details
Myself, Soumya Das wanted to get my refriferator repaired as it was not working properly. Subsequently, when I called Just dial to get few contact details of servece centres dealing with fridge repair, they provided me the no. of Alpic Electronics Service Centre based in Vashi. The technician visited and checked my fridge and informed me to change the compressor which will cost Rs 3500/- + 250/- as Service charge. I agreed and they replaced the compressor. But after a day, I realised they could not rectify the issue, and requested the technician to check it. After frantically calling him several time, he came and checked it. But on that night itself, the problem remained and I was left high and dry. Despite my several calls, and demand to pay my money back, the service centre guys are refusing to pay the amount. Further, they have deteriorated the condition of the fridge which has got electrocuted.
I would request to look into this matter and help me in getting my money back.
