The Policy was wrongly mi sold to the customer by making false promises by the agent. The policy got lapsed and company is forcing customer to pay the penalty. Complaint was made to the company but no help was given. Till date no action has been taken to revive the policy nor any action has been taken by the company against its defaulting employee. Moreover, company is time and again forcing the customer to pay the penalty charges. The agent who sold the policy was none other that a company's employee hence the onus is on the company.
