Dear sir,

I live in the capital city of Goa, having registered a complaint with Idea CC of getting E signal, Got a call from Idea in 3 days time asking me to switch from GSM/WCDMA Auto mode to WCDMA ONLY mode. To my happiness which last for 5 minutes, i started getting the 3G signal only to realise after closing the call that the signal strength was 0 bars.
After thinking about what had happened it was easy to conclude that when my mobile was in auto mode,it switched to E signal because there was no 3G signal available. And so when i switched to WCDMA ONLY mode it showed me 3G but bars were 0. [See attached Image].
I have registered another complain with Idea about this. And will have to wait for another 3 days. This unlimited Rs 951 internet pack validity days are getting wasted waiting for complains to get resolved.
Hoping Idea will provide me with adequate 3g Signal strength.
Anyways this will probably be my last month with Idea after which i can bid farewell to it and consumer complaints too.
I have been a user of idea 3g for 2 years and its service has degraded since June 01st 2013. For Rs 951 a month i expect good 3G speeds. Despite of multiple complains to idea, nothing has changed.
