Complaint Details
We had provided annual advance of INR25,000 to this company for providing domestic help. The company staff did not provide us any domestic help for 3 months and have now stopped responding to our calls or else when they pick up, they give some or other excuse. We finally asked for returning the money on 21st May but they don't listen and haven't returned the money nor have they delivered the services contracted for.
