Purchased lava xolo x900 mobile on 14th Nov 2012,after an 2 month 27 days of purchased i got problem in handset then i called to xolo care in regards with network dropping issue & they said you need to send handset to our service center and we will arrange the pickup but i was quit busy in work so again i gave call back to xolo care on 23rd of feb 2013 and they said that pickup will be arranged, after that many more times i called & then but no use, i made around 100 times calls to xolo care and every time i got assurance that handset will get picked up within 24 hrs. Finally handset got picked up on 25th march 2013 (after an month of complaint registration) it’s just bec i dropped its in FedEx office.In April i got my phone back but network issue was not solved and said to me that problem is solved and one more problem i could find tat my phone touch screen was not working after visit to your xolo service center. On 18th 2013 I register complain with xolo on touch screen prob and network issue and then handset got picked up on 20th apr 2013 and 29th April 2013 i received handset back to me saying that its repair but unfortunately both issues was same as it is . finally again 30th apr 2013 i made call to xolo care and said about my issue then they request me to sent handset back to service center and i did the same, on 4th may 2013 i sent handset to service center 3rd time ,i received my handset on 11th may 2013 and i could found that touch screen problem was solved but network issue was still same and i could find many tear sign on my phones panel, tat was from there service center.on May 13th 4th time i have sent mobile to service center for same problem but up to today no news. i called many times to them but no response.
