I am using an airtel mobile in which i had taken 3g service.. initially it was good but when i shifted to my new address which happens to be the centre of kolkata i.e shakespeare sarani i am facing a very big problem relating to network fluctuation ... and hence most of the time i get 2g service instead of 3g service.. also lot of time i am not in range/many a times my calls disconnects while talking. I have complained manya times but no solution have been provided by the company. Please help
