Dear Sir/Mam,
I, Chandrasekhar Panda ,In the year 2006 admitted for B.Tech (Computer Science & Engg) course under Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha(At The Techno School, Bhubaneswar) with University Registration Number0601291156 .As the course was 4 year course hence the course was completed by 2010. Towards the course fee every year INR.51,500 was deposited at the mentioned college i.e. The Techno School, Bhubaneswar and necessary clearance was given by the college .After pass out all documents are issued including conduct certificate, college leaving certificate from college side and college also distributed the grade sheet from the university & provisional certificate from the university. Even due to the clearance from the college level and recommendation from the college university has issued migration certificate to me in the month of March’2011.
Where as after 2 year due to delay in convocation university issued my certificate to college and asked the college authority to distribute the same where as even after my several e-mail and personal visit to the college the same was never happened and recently through a communication which was addressed to the Registrar, BPUT, Odisha college is communicating that I have pending dues of INR.350000 which is actually baseless and college wants to put me in trouble. The claim towards this huge amount of money was never communicated to me and after 2 years college is claiming for this amount which is actually not related to my course fee (All clearance was given by the college).
As I have paid all my course fee both to the university and college hence I am entitled to get my original degree certificate whereas due to this kind of money making approach by the college leads to this kind of unforeseen situation. Even after pass out from the college leads to violation of consumer rights hence requesting the authority to look into the issue and do the needful.
