Hi,

I am extremely frustrated at the way Tata Docomo Is dealing with my issue (TATA DOCOMO E-Bill Statement for JUN 13 (Account No. 913436102).
Here is a brief of what happened and I am hoping some one will take an action on this one. I have been talking to over 15 or 20 people in TATA Docomo but with no result because of which i am filing a complaint on this website.
My daughter developed a crazy habit of dropping the cell phones in the toilet and flushing it out and in less then 15 days she flushed over 4 phones. I went to Tata Docomo and they issued sim card two or three times but when I went again after 2 or 3 days they said that I am doing some thing illegal and informed me that the sim cannot be issued to me. I informed them that this number was extremely important to me and my 67 year old mother is using this number but it went into deaf years. They told me that they will not issue another sim card and I will have to forgo this number.

While they are not willing to issue sim card but have continuously billed me month on month for my phone usage. Now how weird is that? I have spoken to multiple people from Tata Docomo and all of them indicate that I have no fault and they will waive off the money and deliver my sim card home I have been waiting for this for over 3 months neither does the same person call me nor does the sim card reach me. Please let me know what are my options. i have started this discussion right from month 1 when the issue started and my bill amount was just 999 and now its 2826.

The last lady I spoke to tells me that I have no choice but to pay the money, now this is a small money and means nothing really but for principals I will not pay this money and which is why I am willing to go to the consumer forum to have this heard. Either they give me my number or I will be forced to take an action.

I am writing this nasty email because I have lost all my patience in explaining to people about the situation and getting fake promises. when i call thier customer care they just say they will file a complaint and nothing happens. they dont even allow me to speak to thier supervisor to find a solution. The last person i spoke to was Vaibhav and he kept repeating like a parrot that all seniors were busy and i should call back in some time and try my luck.
