I hereby approach your goodselves for the redressal of my grievance.

My case in a nutshell:

My IDEA NUMBER 9844473507 was illegally disconnected.
The issue of ID proof needlessly raised, and was targeted to ONLY ME in the entire state.
Mobile Number Portability dealt with illegally by Idea.

I have communicated with the Nodal Officers, Appellate Officers etc. and below is the transcript.

Require your urgent mediation in this issue in the interest of mobile customers and in the interest of justice.
NB: THIS MATTER IS NOW PENDING IN THE HON'BLE NATIONAL COMMISSION. I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE UP THIS MATTER ON A NATIONAL LEVEL SO THAT LAWS ARE AMENDED TO THE CONSUMER'S BENEFIT.
