An online order for Micro max canvas HD mobile was placed on 19 April 2013 with order number KA/113528/M2VJMFO5 .However the same has not been delivered even after a lapse of two months.An amount of 14740 rupees has been paid and a complaint has been lodged with the website with no.Kaun/T113528/3WL7MHD32Q Please help either with delivery of the item or refund of the money paid.Thanks.
