Dear Sir,
I bought a AquaGold Magnetic Instant Water Purifier (Iodine Resin Magnetic Technology) from Ojjas Enterprizes, through rediffshopping.com. The unfilled warranty card reads that it is from Nixon Industries, India. (complete address and contact details are not available.) It also reads that when the filter catridge is expired, it can be read from through red line which can be seen through transparent window, which is not there in the actual product. also, the plastic used as body for the filter is of very low quality, there is no serial no. in the product. because the product can affect the health, kindly confirm if the product and manufacturer are reliable.
