I purchased an I Phone from one of the Airtel Relastionship Center in Pune in the year 2011 and took a new number, I moved to Bangalore in Dec 2012 and when i was trying to use the phone in Bangalore, i noticed that it was a Network Service locked. I was running around for 4 weeks to their relationship center after contacting the I Phone customer care where the execuitive has mentioned that i was provided an locked phone and only airtel can unlock it. When contacted the ARC the were not able to solve it and asked me to contact CC of airtel and i was writing emails to them but did not get a solution from April 13. Request you help me to reslove this issue.
