my request for approval of Self-care PortalID on BSNL Site is pending for over a year now and none of employee (engineer,AGM,fewmore staff I could approach) has solved my problem.They always note down no(05568-222776) for which request is pending (at diff. offices in building) but, nobody gives a response. I know I should give a written complaint but, they never accept it. All they could say is that they'll see. Please see to this.
