This is regarding the Aquaguard Service company. Whenever there was a service request raised, the engineer use to visit. Since last 6 month I am having problem with the water filter. The Engineer comes and fixes partially; means the buttons were not replaced and alternate button (flush) was made working for water. This went was done thrice in the period of 6 months. Last month, i raised a point that I wan the filter in working condition and cant call up service center every month. After raising the voice, the engineer did not visit at all and filter went dead by end of May 2013. Even after constant call up to Mrs Prerana (who seems to be the owner) said the engineer will come, but after around 10 calls the engineer visits on 15th June. The engg says both the PCBs needs to be replcaed and I will come back. I requested him that I have 2 kids at home and with rainy season, we need the filter fixed ASAP. He never returned. On 18th, calling Mrs Prerana was a surprise, she said we are mo more serving your area, the company has given your area to some other dealer. To that I said, I have contract with you and in a day you change area/location? She then called up engg to find the issue and after knowing the PCB needs to be changed, she told me that she will give a call back after talking to the head. Till next day no call so I called up on 19th and she i cannot do anything. Please call customer center. This is very pathetic. Even after having a contract agreement, Prerana enterprise has no response or remorse to fix the issue.

Please help me to take corrective action and make sure others similar to my case dont suffer in future.
