Complaint Details
I have been making payments over net for Dhamal Mix pack for Rs 220/pm. However, the sum is being debited against normal package @ Rs 400/pm as a result i am being asked to top up every 15 days. I have made several complaints on their call centre but they do not give complaint no they say they can only take feedback. Please help me as they are charging this additional sum over last 3 months. Also, i made payment for upgrade to HD box and more than a month has passed and they have not installed the HD box. I tried to give a written complaint on their website but after entering complete details it simply did not register the complaint and the history was blank. They are cheating the customer can u please look into this mental harrasment please.
