Hi,

My name is nitesh m and hold a account with Fullerton India Credit Co... from last 4 years i sucessfully paid the 47 emis howver there was a pending 1 emi of Rs. 3833 which i was not aware and that emi was for the month of June 2009. I agree i missed the payment but despite my several attempts to know the pending amt in past they never disclosed the amt to be paid. Now they are saying i need to pay Rs. 24000 fopr the pending Emi of Rs. 3833 with the Late penalty charges for 3 years. However as per the statenebt received from Customer Care it is mentioned to pay only Rs. 7500 not Rs. 24000. I do not understand what to do..They are not responding to any calls of mine. I tried to contach few people from Khar Branch and send 3 sms to get the pending amt details. But they are not entertiaining...Kindly help . Please find the attached document which says the amt pending ios Rs. 7500 appro...i understand there is 10 bounches and no one intention bounches the EMI due to some reasons. Also the time they collected the emi in cash why they never said amt the late payment.Everytime when i asked this people they always said sir we will dicuss at the time of closure. Now they are not closing the account unless 24000 is paid. Please help m in deep trouble and mental harrass
