Complaint Details
I have bought my Samsung Galaxy S Duos mobile on 17/02/2013.
They have told me about the samsung's company warranty that it will provide samsung care service for free if there is any problem with mobile within 1year.
But my mobile had the proble of hanging and charging few days ago.
So i took it to samsung care where they told me that the socket of my mobile is damaged and must be changed and it wont be cover in warranty and i have to pay for changing the socket.
I told them that i bought it just 5months ago and i have use my mobile delicately and with full precaution and as it is not my fault that my mobile had suddenly stop charging and start hanging so it must be coverd under warrenty.
But they don't agree with me and told me rudely that its not our problem if you want to use it without any problem then you must have to change the socket and it wont be free or you can go somewhere else to repair it.
So i have to pay 480rs even though it was covered under Samsung's Warranty period.
So I am requesting you to help me to get the charges,which i have paid,which is covered under the warranty.
