I ordered a mobile phone for my fiance on his birthday. please find below the product details: Product Name: Blackberry Curve 9320

The product was opened on 17-Jun-2013 i.e. on his birthday and found defected. The phone I have purchased turned on once and then its not working. The phone is always in boot mode and rebooting again and again on its own. I called the snapdeal customer care and logged a complaint #2346519 on 17-Jun-2013 and asked for a pick request for the faulty product. The pick request service comes under their policy. The pick request was not served also there was no response for the complaint logged.

Since I have logged this complaint, I am chasing these people to serve my request but all they do is ask for the order id and says that the request will be served on next day. Everytime they are saying that the next day your request will be served but there is no response from there side.

I asked them to return back my amount or to give another product in exchange of this. None of the request is processed till date.

Also, they stopped entertaining the calls on 20-Jun-2013. Everytime I called them they make excuses that they were not able to hear whereas I was clearly able to hear them. Whole day they didn't entertained my calls and were disconnecting deliberately. The way they are responding over the call anyone can make out that the call is disconnected intentionally.

I am really disturbed and tired of chasing these guys. It is impacting my relation also. I would like to get my money back from these guys.
