Sub : Dispute regarding nonpayment of Rs 2000/- against credit card5425051310160824a s per CIBIL record .

Dear Sir ,
Credit card no 5425051310160824 was issued to me by ABN AMRO Bank on the premise that the card would be free of any membership charges .
Whenever I made any purchases through this card, I used to make payment in time. After sometimes , in year 2006 annual fee of Rs 2000/ was levied against me which I protested and made representations directly as also through pehredaar.com .
After persuasion your senior executive contacted me on phone and gathered all details .On being convinced she dropped the charges and advised that the case is closed and you need not make any payment. The credit card was also surrendered in the end of 2006.
A number of correspondence was made with ABN AMRO bank And pehredaar.com .Copy of the same is enclosed for your perusal please.
In view of this I request you kindly to withdraw the claim and intimate CIBIL accordingly . In case it is not possible , kindly intimate amount due along with its details .
