Complaint Details
I have purchased a Transcend MP870 digital music player a few month back from the Landmark Store at Begumpet, Hyderabad.

A couple of months later, i started having issues with the battery, speaker and also the headphones.

There was no assistance from the store with regards to repair or replacement.

I was asked contact the manufacturer based in Taiwan or some other country. This makes absolute no sense.

The company web site clearly states to take the product with the bill to the retailer for a repair or replacement.

I need help in sorting this issue as the store out here is not willing to help.
