Complaint Details
I have complained for 5 times in last 6 days about problem with my internet.
My net doesn't work as I reach home, it works everywhere except at my home and due to which I lost many business opportunity.
Despite my complaining at customer care for 5 times the problem is not solved. They call and misguide me and don't call back after disconnecting and later I get message that " your complaint is processed "
It's annoying . Please look onto the matter and help to resolve.
