Complaint Details
I purchased Byond Tablet 03rd March 2013. They assured me one year warranty. The tablet is automatically going to switch off. The USB port was very thin. When I tried to attach pen drive, the port was broken. I complaint about this defect with their Customer care Centre. They gave me their authorised service centre named as Venus Sales and Service which was located Bandra–West Mumbai. They changed the damaged port and charged Me Rs. 300/-. When I checked the USB port, it was just charging the battery but other functions like USB drive attachment and computer connect, were not working. I noticed this problem with service dealer. They informed me it is mother problem and asked me contact Manufacturer. I informed them about this on their Toll free No. They informed their Marketing Area Incharge Mr. Mangesh would meet me at their Autherised service centre place (Venus sales and Service at Bandra-W, Mumbai) as per my conveyance time and sort out this problem. I gave them my conveyance time on 21st June 2013 at 11.AM. I reached on time but he did not reach there. I called him on his cell. He was not responding my call. I called their customer care centre they were also not giving proper answer. I am not satisfied with product and service. Please help me to sort out this matter as soon as possible.
