Hi Sir, I am Christopher from Hyderabad, My refrigerator was not working so i gave complain to customer service, they sent the technician but he could not figure out the issue and later said issue might be with panel box and need a replacement,i said ok, however next day it started working fine and same day eveing tech with came with the new panel since it was working fine i said no and opted for Annual maitainace scheme by paying 1640/- (this cover replacement and maintaionce repairs of the item for one year)/. After a week the problem resurfaced again and i gave compliant but tech turned after 3 days only to say that part is not in stock, and after another 2 days he turnns up at my place (20th june) with couple of panel boxes only to say that they are not compatable and promised to replace within 2days(23rd june) so i called today only to hear that part is still not in stock and will take another 4 days.
My point when i was not in AMC part arrvied very next day but when i am in AMC they have taken close to 8 days.
