hi,
I booked my flight ticket to Mumbai in Sept-12. The travel date was 16-Dec-13. 10 day before the travel, MakeMyTrip conveyed to me that the airline has cancelled the flight on 16-Dec-13, hence the refund for the same will be processed. I have been following up with them regularly, everytime they assure that it will be done. it is almost 10 months now, I have not received the refund. Can the authorities do something in this regard. My booking ID is - NF2203321922019.
