Hello,
I am Abhishek. I purchased a Kenneth Cole watch from Ethos Ambience mall store in February 2013.
Ever since, I am experiencing a problem with the watch. It stops working all of a sudden and then starts working again for a few minutes. I have repeatedly, precisely 4 times, given my watch to Ethos (same store) to get it fixed. They fix it and give it back to me and after a few days it experiences the same problem. Last time when I told them that if I experience the same problem I will contact consumer court and I wrote a mail to them. I am attaching a screenshot of that email. Please help. I dont want their product. I can give it back and I want them to pay back to me the original cost of the watch and also compensate me for all the inconvenience.
