i have ordered one cake and a rose bunch. after deducting my money they call and said they can not deliver as they don't have any delivery person .
i have talked to there customer care and she was so rude. i ask for refund but they are not picking the phone and the only way to get the refund is through phone. we can not cancel the order from website. please help
