Complaint Details
I bought Mblaze as part of promotion MTS were running in one of the exhibitions. They sold me the USB device with one month subscription and this was prepaid.
My connection got activated on 04-Jan-2013

MTS was already aware that their operations will close down in my city and they sold their devices by making fool of customers and luring them with their offering.

1st Mar 13 - they replied that I have to recharge every 6 months.

They replied on 15th March 13 with "Honorable Supreme Court cancelled 122 licenses including SSTL's Maharashtra licenses via judgment dated 2nd February 2012. Over the last one year, the uncertainties resulting from such cancellation have compelled us to conserve our resources and initiate the process to reduce our circle footprint.
We shall close our services in Maharashtra Circle with effect from midnight of 10th April 2013 and your connection will be deactivated. Please exhaust your balance."

21st Mar I get same response from appellate authority "Thank you for writing to MTS. With reference to your email we regret to inform you that 21 of SSTL’s licenses were cancelled by the Honorable Supreme Court of India in an order dated 2nd February ‘2012. Over the last one year, the uncertainties resulting from the cancellation has compelled the Company to conserve its resources and initiate the process to reduce its circle footprint. Company has decided to stop the services in Maharashtra circle. The last operational day would be 10th April 2013."

AT THE TIME THEY SOLD ME THE DEVICE, THE CASE WAS ACTUALLY RUNNING IN COURT OF LAW AND THEY DIDN'T INFORM ME ABOUT IT. THEY WERE SURE THAT THERE LICENSE WILL BE CANCELLED, SO THEY FOOLED CUSTOMERS AND SOLD AS MANY DEVICES AS THEY CAN UNDER PROMOTION AND MADE MONEY OUT OF IT.


I need immediate compensation for FRAUD BY THE COMPANY, cheating me, waste of my effort time and energy and also a written apology from MTS.
