Complaint Details
I ordered for a Photo frame from www.yumedeals.com on 6th Jan 13.

When I received the product it was not as per their listing

Listed details showed
Frame Size - 23cm x 28 cm
Window Size - 5 x 7 inches

The product received with following dimensions
Window Size - 1.75 x 3.25 inches
Frame Size - 3.5 x 5 inches

I wrote mails to their customer support (contact@yumedeals.com) on

They never cared to provide a good resolution and didnt even respond except once.


I need immediate compensation for cheating me, waste of my effort time and energy and also a written apology from Yumedeals.
