Dear Sir/Mam
I am deeply aggrieved and disappointed by the act of airtel as number from my itemized bill was stolen before the disconnection of my number-9972399269 on 9/5/2013 and everyone was called inquiring about me and they were asked to pay my outstanding and were abused, This is gross violation of my right as a customer and offence committed by airtel . I was not reminded even once via mail regarding my outstanding bill and had mailed several times to airtel informing that I am out of station will make the payment once I am Back within week or two . Before stealing number from my itemized bill and calling every number on the bill randomly airtel should have intimated me once via mail regarding the same.I was defamed and degraded publically by airtel, as due process was not followed by airtel .Even the number to which I have called once were phoned by airtel and were asked to pay outstanding. I kindly request you to take strict action and make airtel liable and accontable for this criminal act. I was treated as if I were a absconding criminal by airtel.
