Dear Sir

ECPS Pvt Ltd has asked me to register with themselves for recruitment in specific private sectors against registration fee of Rs 4500.00 ( refundable ). But the company has failed to provide me the service for which I have enrolled with them.
Now when they failed to provide me the placement service , they are required to refund me all my money which is Rs 4500.00. After innumerous follow ups with ECPS Pvt Ltd , they only refunded a mere Rs 1800.00 & balance Rs 2700.00 they are denying to refund.
On my follow up for balance refund they dont entertain my calls and always start blubbering on their part, which inturn is causing lot of mental harassment to me.

kindly help in getting my money back.
