I am Girish C P. I am using Idea number 9844481770 from past 10 years. being old customer i faced worst experience till now. My balance has been deducted by 58+ 58(twice)=116 rs by last night around 11.45. I was activated weekend internet 14 rs on friday evening 8 pm and was using till Sunday night 11. but at 11.50 i got sms saying t15 days internet pack has been activated and that too twice. after that i called customer care guy he told he don't have info need to wait 2 hrs minimum. i explained about the deduction. he told to call me in morning, then only they can resolve this. I have called in morning talked to Customcare person "Anjali@2" with reference number "35670803164". she is telling its activated twice and amount will be refunded. first thing i didn't activate this pkg why do i need to actvate another package when i am meant use only on weekend, and that too when i am having another package is running in mobile. second thing how can you activate same package twice on same day even by the same.

I am requesting you to resolve this and refund my balance deduction of 116 rs i.e 58+ 58

They have charged unnecessarily and saying the GPRS pack is activated in my account. it had deducted for your side. My Complaint SR number is 1-35727298483
