I booked the ticket on 17 and 18 June for 27 June

today it is 24 and i haven't got my tickets,

I track my ticket then i got to know the ticket is with Overnite Express Limited,

Overnite Express Limited, are not able to find my address,
they say can you come to our office,

Office, it was locked i think only one guy is working there,
i called him, he said within 5 min he will be there.

after 30 min I called 2-3 times ( everytime 5 mins) , he said to me that
sir if its urgent i will drop it to your house,

bloody dump peoples, when you people were able to do this,
then why the hell you called me there

also i said no I will wait here,

then after 15 min , his phone was just ringing and i didn't received any calls
so i just leaved from there.

I think overnite'e employee watches has been provided by IRCTC
because they only has the ability to create 30min to 5 mins is it SO.

So Mr. IRCTC
now to whom I should complaint also from where I should get this ticket,

All other service are abe to send there letters at my address, accept
Overnite Express Limited, experience with 25 yrs.

this is the second time, happened this.

So Should I go to the ticket counter and ask for duplicate Tickets,

Again on 25th June

Even after complaining, I have to call you lots of time.
I didn't have my ticket

WHY

only Me

I called Hemant Manjarekar, regarding the same
he gave me this number 9773811100
to talk with Mr Ajay (the same guy, who make me stand for 1 hrs at the office)

He make the same promise to be in 30 min, he will deliver the ticket

and the result is the same. he didnt came
and his call says me "tumchya mule dial kelela number sadhya uplabdh nahi"


I again called Hemant Manjarekar, there was network problem , he was providing me other number,
So its my duty to have my ticket I have to call you bastard lots of time.
do every customer of overnite have to do this

Why my previous ticket were easily been at home,



I am to irritate that I can state thism PLEASE HELP
