Complaint Details
I placed an order for a book with Indiaplaza on June 18. I paid for it with my Bank of India debit card. The order was supposed to have shipped in 2-3 days but it did not. I wrote an email to their customer service but I did not receive a reply. I called many times on their customer helpline number but there too nobody answered my call. I have already paid Rs. 237 to Indiaplaza.com, but they seem to be in no mood to be in no mood to give me my book.
