This is a fake agarwal. Gave them our belongings for transfer to Mumbai from Kolkata. It did not reach Mumbai. Also nobody picks up the phone. The 24X7 helpline is fake. Also the same number is given in 20 locations , so its a one man show and not an organisation. Really pissed at them.
