Complaint Details
I am writing this complaint in very much pain. I was taken life insurance policy and paying premium regularly
and also doing topup payments through my bank ECS icici bank. My policy is Life time gold
and policy number 06818344.Today i walked into ICICI prudential life insurance
Adayar branch in chennai. I requested to take the form for partial withdrawal. That branch
customer executive first told me there was power shut down for 2 days and cant able to take
the request. i told him that i had walked applying permission from office please take request.
further to the discussion also he avoided working on it. Then he told the branch working hours is
10.30 am. Then i called the customer care from ICICI insurance banking and talked to them.
He avoided the call from them and servicing the second customer offline. Then he was speaking
very rudely and harshly. I dint heard and seen any key branch people speaking to the customer
and shouting very loudly as uneducated and illeterate. They dont know how to speak to the customer.
