Respected Sir,
I brought tablet from datawind(aakash) in 2FEB 2013.But the tab had a hanging problem within a month.So, I sebt my device to the service centre via ACCEL frontline limited Trichy.
I got my tab in 13APR 2013, but the device had a same problem.They didn't do any changes in my device and also some additional problem occurs.So,again I sent my device to them in MAY17 2013. I got my tab in 22JUN 2013, after one&half month I got my tab.But in the same day 22JUN 2013 it has same hanging problem at 7.00pm.I contact customer
care they say resent your tab to service centre.I sent my tan 25JUN 2013.Their taking one&half month for a service but in the same day I had the same problem within 8hours.Sir,my tab is in service centre,so please service my tab with proper service help me sir. I send my tab for service third time for same problem please take action.I contact service centre there is no response. So, please take
action sir. I attached my
BILL and service challan with this message.
