Purchased the new dish (DTH ) recodable on 15.06.2013.By internet from www.airtel.in
recived my costumer Id As:3012687267 and Transaction Id As:61598542 Via SMS( from 54325 )thanking for buying a new connection on 15.06.2013 @3:52 Pm.Confirmation from my bank citi bank recived for money paid As :15JUN Bharti Telemedia Limit Gurgaon Ref: 061506156384 . Airtel has not delevered the product and is dodging the issue in spite of more than 50 calls to their help line .
please help to reslove the same .
