Dear Sir,
I have ordered for a Samsung mobile on timtara.com on 15-01-2013. But neither the product was delivered nor the money paid through credit card was refunded. I have tried to communicate regarding this problem a lot of time to timtara. But no response. I have paid an amount of Rs.6399/-. Proofs are attached. Please do the needful to get my money refund. Thanks
