Hi,
I raised an order with online naaptol.com portal on 15th June 2013 ( Order details are attached ).
According to order, I received below descrepencies
1. Car wax is mentioned as F1 ( Formula one ), as advertised on the attached document, but the one delivered was of FMS.
2. Advertisement showed 3 gloves, only sent one glove
3. 3 in one Wiper was sent without handle.
4. Vacuume cleaner sent without any product manufacturing details. This goes against the warratee of the product.
I raised a complaint through their web portal. First of all, it didn't create any complaint ticket to follow, nor any SMS to race the complaint.
I made a call to the customer care ( 8:33pm IST, 27th June 2013). The person picked up the call, and put me on hold for sometimes, and then responded back mentioning someone will collect the faulty/wrong items. Once I explained about other missing and wrong items, he again put me hold and then disconnected the phone. No service ticket was shared or sent to me via mail/SMS.
I again called up customer care ( 8:51 pm, IST 27th June 2013), and interestingly, when I checked with other person if there was a complaint registered, according to him, it didn't have information I explained and what the customer support person mentioned to me.
According to this customer support person, he refused to help, as according to him, once the items are sold he cannot help much. I against mentioned to him that it was not just items are not sent as per commitments, but they were also sent wrongly. He was not ready to help further. Also, when I mentioned about sending vacuume without any product manufacting details, he was not able to understand as to how naaptol will be able to provide warantee of the product which has no mark as a product from naaptol.
My serious concern is that selling any item without any product information tag on the item itseld if against the consume services.
This has been quite a disturbing day to deal with such a pathetic services.
Apreciate if you could look into it.
