I have recharged my no. 8260050201 yesterday for rs 255 which gives the benefit of 1gb 3G data. Since, I recharged from rcom.in website they offered 100 MB extra. Post recharge I got only that extra amount of 100 MB but the main one of 1 gb is missing.
Surprisingly, this is happening for the second time. 1 month back also I faced same thing and it took 7-9 days for reliance customer care to resolve the issue.
