Complaint Details
Dear sir / madam-
I, VIPIN DESHPANDE, PF A/c No. MH/THN/202373/16, was an employee of "Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd", 2nd Floor, Cnadoil Building, Mehara Estate, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai 400079, PAN no. AADCC2703J, TAN no. MUMC15723B, as Head of Department - Process, since Aug. 2008 to Feb. 2010.
The company (Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.) had stopped their business abruptly, with a notice period of one week in May 2010, and many of us had not received our salary for 2-3 months. The management of company had allowed their employees to take away some assets of company in lieu of their balance salary, about which I came to know later, as I had already resigned & opted an another job by that time.
Since, company had stopped their business with a short notice, all of us (the employees) had enquired PF office individually & came to know that the PF deduction as shown on our salary slips, had not been deposited to PF office after March-2011 (in few cases after May-2011) on respective employee’s name. Since, we did not receive any statement from PF office, we were not sure where & how to put our grievances.
Recently, I could get written answer from PF office when I came to know PF office official website (www.epfindia.com) wherein one can put his grievances regarding PF. The communication is attached herewith for your quick reference. However, they have indicated the facts, beyond which no further help is extended.
In the mean time, we had approached our parent company, Canadoil group (www.canadoilgroup.com) for our grievances. However, the appointee liquidator of company, had shown his helplessness since he was not aware about these issues & was asked to settle the dues as communicated by local management of company in Mumbai. However, on detail analysis, he understood that the responsible management person had done lot of manipulation and hence suggested us to put legal complaint against him & shown his readiness to extent support from company (Canadoil group), if required.
The entire communication is available with us. However, since there is no provision of attaching PDF files, same can be furnished separately. Request you to indicate your contact info, such as email ID or fax number, so that same can be send to you.
The communication is quite clear and self-explanatory.
Following is list of people with their introduction, who are indicated in mail. This is for your quick reference.
• Mr. Mukes Gupta: Managing Director of Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.
• Mr. Fabio Titi: Former Managing Director of Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. (Left company in Oct. 2008)
• Mr. Avinash Mokashi: Employee (Head – Business Development)
• Mr. Johannes Melis: Official Liquidator of Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.
• Mr. Saikat Sen Sharma: First secretary (Economic & commercial), Indian Embassy-Bangkok
• Rest all: Employees of the company, Canadoil Engineering India Pvt. Ltd.
In addition to above issue, it is further noted that Form 16, that was issued at the time of my relieving, shows tax deductions for my salary, which was actually never paid to me. We were getting our salary deposited directly to our bank account, which can be verified for above salary deposition.
Kindly look into the matter and advice. We shall furnish all required documentary proofs as required.
