I had bought Recliner from Houseful Bangalore Banshankri branch in 2012 May . A couple of months later in in September mechanism stopped working. I contacted them for service. Then they took almost two months for sending their Carpenter to my place and they took Recliner and went and returned after a month. Complete Three months for the process. Again in April 2013 same Recliner stopped working. In April i registered Complaint.They told me with in a week they will send Carpenter home.After 1 week i checked with them, again same thing another one week.In this span of time twice i visited to their Shop also. Last time when i went their for checking status those staff instead of checking my problem they were talking among themselves as it was a picnic spot and i was their for entertaining them. And they repeated same that with in 3 days they will send Carpenter. It s been two weeks from then , they have not send any Carpenter.They are the worst when it comes to Providing Service and handling customer queries and quality of Goods. I recommend not buy with them. It has become my part time job for doing follow up with them for service. They are just wasting my time and testing my patience by providing such quality Recliners and giving such service. I want to take it forward to Consumer Court.
