brought a new Tata Sky connection on 22/5/2013 and discovered on the same day that the piece does not function as it should. I filed a complaint immediately and since then various technicians have tried to resolve the problem with no results. I am being told a Senior tech should be able to help but no Sr tech has ever visited me. I have been chasing Tata Sky for over a month but they keep giving me a run around. I wrote to their Maharastra Nodal office and received a call once but nothing after that. I am so fed up with their response that I no longer want the issue resolved and simply want my entire money refunded. The vendors (DSA) recruited by Tata Sky are extremely rude and they tend to close the complaint I have raised without even attending to it. The last complaint I have raised was pushed and pushed until it has finally been put on hold WO# 1-21345658325 dated 06/24/2013. I really dont know who to approach so I am writing to you guys, please help me with my situation.
