Dear Sir,

I had made an order with Order ID : 9464986,on 13/06/2013, from tradus.com online shopping,and made a debit card payment of Rs 104, my order is still not delivered and it is now 29/06/2013, They are also not replying or making a solution to this when ever I made any formal communication.
