I am Sudarshan singh Lakhawat from Jaipur Rajasthan.Sir I am being badly harassed by Big Bazaar staff in name of fraud scheme namely '1 kilo cheeni muft' which states that On purchase/shopping of Rs. 799/- or more ,1Kg. sugar will be provided free to the customer. As stated above when I did shopping of Rs. 1600/- and asked them to provide 2 kg sugar it was said to us by Manager Big Bazaar that we shall be given 2 Kg. sugar only when we have 1600/- Rs. bill split into 2 bills of each 800/- or else only 1 Kg. sugar will be provided and we were given only 1 Kg sugar. Today I with my wife and 3 year old kid went for shopping again at Big Bazaar After shopping for Rs. 1600 ,we have 1600/- Rs. bill split into 2 bills of each 800/- and we were to be provided with 2 Kg. Sugar as per the scheme but after full payment of my shopping Bill ,the Manager told us that the sugar stock is finished. I got annoyed by this statement since they could have at least stated this fact before billing and hence I asked the staff to repay my money back but instead they wrote "2 Kg sugar due" on the bill.Please help me in this context. I want to take legal action against this mall so that they may stop fooling others on the name of such schemes.
