Hi
I am padmanaban from chennai(Kovilambakkam),
I bought karbonn a9 plus mobile a week ago from shopping.indiatimes.com, there was an issue with the internal mic on arrival,, I had been trying to get replaced with another one.. but they replied, they cant do anything if its in manufacturer warranty..
why should i buy the defective product for my hard earned money and get serviced before starting use it... i am very disappointed with the customer care of shopping.indiatimes.com. i suspect, they are selling defective product with competitive prices (fake discounts) and redirect the customers to the service center to get serviced their new product.. Please consider my complaint and hope you will do the appropriate action against the cheaters.. I herewith attached the invoice and communication history with customer care of shopping.indiatimes.com.
Please please take necessary action..
