We have a Eureka Forbes water purifier. My Parents entered a contract in Jan 2012. The authorized agency Planet services took money for 3 years contract. Till date no replacement of carbon and candle have been done. We are following this over 6 months. No one is responding. We have escalated this on facebook. There is no response. We have been cheated.
