Complaint Details
I reside in Amravati (Maharashtra)and had purchased Eureka Water purifier, compact model in Feb 2013. I have already luanched a complaint at Eureka Forbes toll number and my complaint No. is 71909819. I have talked 5 times after I launched complaint on 26th June 2013. Everytime they say that it will be resolved, but in vein. Their salesmen from Amravati Mr. Kandalkar (Mobile No.8483811792/ 9405975570) and Mr. ravi (9326696035) have cheated me and not giving the device for the compact aqua machine they promised me. Kindly look into the matter as the machine is not working and with rainy season my family life is endangered. I will be forced to move to consumer forum.
