we have purchased 2 shirts(1 Zodiac and 1 Vanhueusen) and 2 trouser worth Rs.7599/- from Jay Hind Aundh shop on 7th June 2013. After one wash collar of both shirts got damaged.Today (sunday 30th June) we have visited Jay Hind shop and raised complaint about the same. Manager to whom we have raised our issue has told us that there are 99% chances that no action will be taken against this. we have asked him that these are branded shirts not a local brand and still this issue arose. Kindly look into the issue,We want replacement or money back.Waiting for positive response.please find attached photos of both shirts.
